Step 5: Pick Up or Donate Unsold Items
After the sale, you may choose to pick up your unsold items or donate them to our partner charity. Your donation choice is selected when entering items into the inventory system and can be updated at pickup.
Unsold item pickup will take place on Saturday, July 31 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and is by appointment only. Pickup will occur in the same area as drop-off. Please do not park in loading zones, red or yellow zones, or handicap spaces unless authorized.
At pickup, you will check in to receive a name tag with your consignor number, locate and gather your unsold items from the sales floor, bring them to the checkout tables for verification, and then load them into your vehicle. Please allow yourself plenty of time, as unsold items are located throughout the sales floor. Any items not picked up by the end of the pickup window will be donated.
If you are unable to attend pickup, you may send someone in your place. They must bring a signed note authorizing pickup and include your consignor number.
Per your contract, consigner earnings are sent by eCheck within five business days following the event.
Items marked Donate that are later picked up must be re-entered and reprinted for future sales. Items left behind that were not marked Donate will appear on your Unsold Items Report for donation records. We strongly encourage donating unsold items, as local women and children greatly benefit. Our partner charities collect donated items at the close of the event.
